Starwars

Any Starwars-Fans around?

I love the original trilogy - I'm still a bit unsure if I do like the sequels - and I'm curious about the new movie.

Recently I discovered the artist Kyle Hagey who seems to think that even the strongest hero / the most evil-minded character need a rest now and then.

Here his portrait of my favorite movie character ( Yoda forever - he's the best )

It's called: Yoda giving the bird. :)

And here is another one, showing C-3PO = Daydreaming

I can't help it, I love his portraits of the characters. If you want to see more (or even buy them) go here

Loved the original three

The second three less so and don't plan to see this new one at all; unless my youngest makes me go as he's threatening. Sigh...I'm usually slow at warming up to new ideas.

Re: Loved the original three

Well, what I feel about the two trilogies can be compared with my feelings for LotR and The Hobbit. I love LotR, but as much as a like some parts of the Hobbit-Movies I dislike others.

I loved the original series, the newer ones - not so much. I do plan on seeing the new one though I'm concerned about the story line not being to my liking.

Love these pictures, sweetie.

I feel about the two Star Wars trilogies like I do for LotR and The Hobbit. I love LotR, but as much as a like some parts of the Hobbit-Movies I dislike others.

I loved the original trilogy, but hated the second set of films. I'd sort of like to see the new one, mostly to see how the special effects have improved.

I wouldn't say that I hate the prequels but I know what you mean. It's not the Star Wars we fall in love for. The new trailers though look promising and I'm curious about the new movie, but I try don't to expect too much because trailers can fool you much too easily ;)
